What should I do if an error is found on my order?

If you notice an error upon receipt of your order, for example"a missing, damaged product, a product not ordered", you must, as soon as you open the package, take a photo of all the products in it and send us your detailed complaint with the order number, within 24 hours, for processing as soon as possible. time limit.

We will issue you a credit note for the amount of the product concerned, valid for 6 months.

What is your return policy ?

According to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of delivery.
To exercise this right, a form must be completed and returned to us within the time limit. After this period, the right of withdrawal will not be taken into account.
The Products must be returned in their original condition, that is to say: original packaging, unopened, unsealed, unconsumed or soiled, in order to allow them to be put back on the market. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Consumer.
A refund of all costs paid, excluding return delivery costs, will be paid within 14 days of receipt of the goods and control of the perfect condition of the Products.

Are all the products Crueltyfree, Vegan?

It is essential for Skidori Cosmetics to select only brands that respect animal welfare. This is one of our main values.

All the brands selected are therefore Crueltyfree. However, not all products are necessarily Vegan (i.e. do not contain any substance of animal origin)

It should be noted, as in the European Union for that matter, that a law prohibiting cosmetic tests on animals, both on raw materials and on finished products, came into force in 2018 in South Korea. .

For Japanese products, the law does not require animal testing, but it does not prohibit them either, so we make sure to select only committed Japanese brands.

Do you offer samples in every order placed?

We try, whenever possible, to place a sample in each order and those within the limits of our stocks.

What is the average shelf life of the products?

Depending on the brands and the type of products, these have an average duration of 2 to 3 years, unopened.

Once the product has been consumed, you will find on the packaging a small drawing representingan open jara duration for example9M, this means 9 months after the opening date.

Regarding fabric masks, upon opening, the application is immediate. However, as there is usually some product left inside, we invite you to use it on your neck, your hands so as not to spoil the rest of the product;)

How does the Afternoon Cocooning and Skincare reservation work?

Once the reservation and payment have been made online, you will receive a confirmation by email. 24 hours before the appointment, you will receive a confirmation text.

Of the 2h30, 30min are used in a 15min format at the beginning and end, for the setting up and storage of the products with a 10min beat at the end of the presentation.

During the 2 hours you will have the opportunity to test certain products such as creams and serums. Sheet masks and face patches will not be tested.

You will be able to film or take photos of the service to publish on your social networks.

You will discover throughout the service, the tips and routines of Kbeauty and Jbeauty to take care of your skin.

In which cities can you book the "Cocooning and Skincare afternoon"?

Currently, the service is only offered in the following cities: Lyon, Vénissieux, Saint-Fons, Feyzin, Bron and Villeurbanne.

For other cities on the outskirts, do not hesitate to contact us and ask for a quote. We will respond to you promptly.

 

Can I book the same day?

No, for organizational and logistical questions, you must respect a minimum period of 72 hours to reserve your slot.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation on the same day?

No, for organizational and logistical issues, you must cancel or postpone your appointment 48 hours before your reservation date.

In case you postpone or cancel:

  1. 48 hours before: you are reimbursed 100% of the amount of the service, i.e. €60 within one week

  2. 24 hours before: you are reimbursed 50% of the amount of the service, i.e. €30 within one week

  3. The same day: no refund possible, the time slot cannot be rebooked. A period of 72 hours is necessary to reserve.
